The term entrepreneurship emerged relatively late in my life - too late in my eyes. Therefore, I wonder whether young people should encounter the importance of entrepreneurial thinking earlier in their lives. Why? It is not just about the traditional image of entrepreneurship. It is about the development of the personality; it is about curiosity and novelty, and it is about progressive thinking and acting in all areas of our social and economic coexistence. A closer look at the concept of entrepreneurship can be worthwhile, especially because of the changing conditions on the labor market and the potential shifts in the social and economic order which the younger generation faces. In this process, our educational system plays a crucial role. Therefore, also traditional schools should start to discover their entrepreneurial spirit because they are on the way to becoming marginalized.

Stefan Wagner studierte Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit einer zusätzlichen Vertiefung im Bereich Produkt- und Innovationsmanagement durch einen Masterabschluss in Technical Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Während seiner Ausbildung lag zuletzt ein starker Fokus auf dem Thema Innovationen und deren Auswirkungen auf die Gesellschaft und Unternehmen.
